To move from dependence to self-sufficiency, our clients need the motivation to work, a marketable skill, and the ability to get and obtain employment.  The women and men we serve demonstrate their motivation by seeking out and enrolling in job training programs. These job readiness programs help our clients develop the skills to perform a job. 

The ability to get the job, however, is directly impacted by the image the client projects during the interview. Inadequate personal appearance not only undermines the confidence and positive self-images our clients need to successfully approach job interviews, it also prevents employers from hiring them because their image and attitude do not reflect their capabilities.
