I cannot drop off my donations during the scheduled clothing drive. Can I drop off at another time?
Please call our office, 856-910-7650, to schedule a time to drop off your donations.
I cannot transport my donations to your office. Can you pick up my donation?
We have limited staff members and our volunteers are busy “suiting” our clients and managing current inventory, thus, we are unable to offer a pick-up service.
Do you accept bags or boxes of clothing?
We have very limited display and storage space. Bags and boxes of clothing take up too much of this limited space. In addition, clothing donated in bags or boxes are often excessively wrinkled, and when our clients try it on, it does not make them look professional or feel confident. Therefore, we only accept clothing that are cleaned, pressed, and on a hanger. However, we do accept shoes and accessories in bags or boxes.
What do you do with donations that are inappropriate for your clients?
When donations are inappropriate for our clients, e.g., too outdated, unclean, etc, we donate them to charitable organizations. Nonetheless, please limit your donations to those that are appropriate and in season for our clients.
I would like to organize a clothing drive within my office/professional organization, how shall I proceed?
